It is expressly understood that Company acts as an intermediary with the sole purpose of facilitating the services contracted for the benefit of Trust, which is the principal and ultimate beneficiary under this Agreement.
1.4 Payments made directly to Trust are for the services rendered by Company, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and in accordance with the agency relationship established herein. Company certifies that it holds no beneficial claim to the payments made to Trust under the terms of this Agreement.
Nature and Benefit of Subscription
2.1 The Subscription Fee represents an investment into Trust and is intended to support the enhancement of Trust's capital base.
2.2 The return on your capital contribution is exclusively in the form of access to digital services, not financial returns or equity.
No Equity Granted
3.1 Your subscription does not confer any equity interest, voting rights, or ownership in the Company or any associated trust.
Use and Management of Contributions
4.1 All received contributions are managed according to Trust, benefiting its beneficiaries under the terms of Trust.
Subscriber Requirements and Restrictions
5.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
5.2 The information provided on this site is for your enjoyment and entertainment purposes only and is not intended to violate any local laws.
5.3 We are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of the information purchased through this website.
Subscription Term and Termination
6.1 These Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect as long as you are a subscriber with the Company, unless terminated earlier by the Company.
6.2 Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, and no part of the Subscription Fee will be refunded.
6.3 Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any reliance on such information and recommendations is at the sole discretion and risk of the subscriber.
